I am going to pull a neo-advaitin and post a quote. But the quote is so perfect. Many times people write me that if the world is unreal, why should I do anything to make it better or help anyone. Ramana said:
The jnani (enlightened one) lives in the Heart. When he moves about and deals with men and things, he knows that what he sees is not separate from the one supreme reality, the Brahman which he realized in the Heart as his own Self, the real.
- Sri Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi
Yes Master,
ReplyDeletegoing back to the modern source is the best :)
Thanks for pointing out the Ribhu Gita. I didn't know about it. I bought it at Ramanashram 2 days ago.
Amazing how it says the same as you, Ramana, Nisargadata and Robert say.
How many thousands years old is this text ? the truth is here since very long time ... but what is time in a dream ??
Thanks for giving this amazing method of real self-inquiry Master Edji, it has brought me so close to Me in such a short time !
That's for real :)
Cheers,
david
Dear Edji,
ReplyDeleteThank you for the quote, and your continuing efforts at helping us understand the way it is.
Hopefully you won't be hearing from Sri Ramana's lawyers! :)
Jeff
Namaskar Edji and Rajivji,
ReplyDeleteThe Jnana of the Jnani is seen to be so awesome, shivers through the spine at the thought of such immense knowledge. It is leaving me speachless.
Many many pranams to all Jnani's.
Mona
I have just understood what it is about Master Edji and his teaching that I am so grateful for. It is precisely that he spent 26 years trying to enter again that light that he once almost lost himself in. His realization is no less complete than those masters like Ramana Maharshi or Robert Adams, who more or less awakened without really knowing how it happened.
ReplyDeleteBut because of the way Edji’s particular sadhana unfolded, it seems to me he is so much better able to guide others along the path. Robert and Ramana can tell us so much about their state of realization, and they tried to “reverse engineer” a way for others to get to where they were, but at least for me, it has never been clear because it wasn’t really the way they got there themselves!
But with Edji, it is because he spent so much time on the path itself, and not just at the “destination”, that he is better able to articulate and help others. (And I mean no disrespect to those past great masters. I just wanted to express my gratitude and respect for this teacher and teaching.)
Hello,
ReplyDeleteI found audio files from Nisargadata texts. http://www.mediafire.com/?j3i5fjw8f5f17
The voice is much too fast to me, but having audio files is very useful to me.
Can anyone recommend a good software, they are so many on internet. This one looks good, but 99 USD; http://www.naturalreaders.com
Dearest Master Edji,
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with Jeff's comment above. I am following your newest post and love your experiment idea. I just wanted to share with you that I always wish and want the world to be like that,Non-voilent.
In our ignorance,we forget about your message like this post of yours, which, in a way, clearly negates other's opinion about your experimant idea, not in your words but Ramana ji's words.
Love you Edji!
I bow,
Sharjeel
