The mind creates a map of the world but often takes its' maps as more real than the perceived world. Here we will see that there is no such thing even about a single fact that can be established as real or true.
When we know this, we can leave the mind behind. t understands its own limitations and it falls not into silence, but into irrelevance, allowing us to live energetically, intuitively, through the gut and heart.
When this happens we leave the mundane world of many activities and mental seeking, into one's body and heart, leading to perceiving energies and bliss, and living in a new reality of knowing God directly, through love and surrender to others.

If you find Satsang or any of my frequent posts valuable and are so moved, please consider donating to support my teachings and my work of feeding hundreds of homeless cats in Los Angeles. I do not charge for anything; Satsang; personal direction by email or skype, my books, or rare retreats are all free...Everything I do if from love.
