A Guide to Self-Inquiry

Sitting at rest in a quiet place, "look" within and "feel" within for your sense that you exist. Look for the feeling I Am. Often it is initially found as a electric spark or tingling near the heart.

Once found, just stay there. Focus on it, then let it go. Back and forth, focus, relax.

Once found continue abiding there as often as you remember throughout the day. Lt it grow and expand until it fills your body and beyond as a sense of presence, and energetic being.

Love this sensation, love this energy body, love your sense of I Am. Then the Self will reveal itself to you.

That is the beginning and end of practice.
